I created this resource for BTEC L3 Business Studies, Unit 3 – Personal and Business Finance, specifically for Learning Aim F. It is a FULL set of revision sheets to help students revise. This resource coincides with @AllRoundRes Unit 3 Study Guide - https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/btec-l3-business-studies-unit-3-personal-and-business-finance-independent-study-booklet-editable-11697998
It takes up the format of a revision grid, with numerous question and activities to be completed for that section of the learning aim. These sheets are READY to go. Just print and hand to the students to use as a revision tool. This resource allows students to revise the WHOLE spec, of that learning aim in FULL DEATAIL. Helping students access higher grades!
This revision resource covers:
*F1: Statement of Comprehensive Income
*F2: Statement of Financial Position
*F3: Measuring Profitability
*F4: Measuring Liquidity
*F5: Measuring Efficiency
*F6: Limitations of Ratios
*Learning Aim F Exam Style Questions. Students will use the revision sheets to help them form their answers. Students should also use the case studies, where possible to help form and justify their answers. Answers can be suited to your specific teaching style and wording!
I would suggest if possible printing in colour (to keep the colour code) and in A3, to allow for room for students to fill in their answers.

I created this resource for Year 9 RE, but it could be used for PSHEC/Citizenship for all levels. The lesson focuses on capital punishment, giving students an inisght to this type of punishement and how it’s used around the world and what different religions view points are. Ready to go and fully adaptable! Also, included are all mentioned resources and full lesson plan, explaining all!
Includes fully differentiated Lesson Objectives/Outcomes based on Bloom’s Taxonomy; allowing students to take charge of their learning by focusing on what they want to achieve by the end of the lesson.
Includes, an interactive starter, with music to help stimulate students learning, key information; facts figure, religious view points, students will need to make note of these for the main activity. Check your understanding quiz - AfL. Main task, is getting students to write a speech… It’s debate day! Students are members of parliament and have to either argue for or against bringing capital punishment back into UK law. With full support sheet and parking criteria to allow for peer marking. A HMWK task, where students have to create a Twitter feed, imagining they are on death row.
As students, enter the classroom, there is a ‘Entrance Ticket’ Activity/DO IT NOW! Which they should do to prepare for their learning, letting them begin to think about capital punishement, critically evaluating theirs and different view points. They should also read the ‘Tookie Williams’ case study to help for next task.
Fully animated slides, with music and sound interaction to grab, engage students attention… making learning FUN!

As we all know, checking students knowledge is essential. However, sometimes it can be difficult to find new creative ways, that students will find fun and engaging, making sure that they can understand key parts of the lesson and what has been learnt. But, also making sure that you know what they have learnt and what you need to help them with.
This resource contains a selection of plenaries for you to do with your students, to asses their learning. They can be used in variety of ways. All of the plenaries, will in some ways be fun, engaging and useful for students, all plenaries give an explanation of they should be used with students. Some activities involves the increasing use of technology, namely social media etc.
Some examples of the contents include;
* Roll your plenary,
* Traffic Light Race,
* Let's spin it... Social Media Style,
* Take on the Teacher,
* Emoji Emotions.
* Lots more!
**Please note this is a lite version and only contains some plenaries - key an eye out for the full toolkit, coming out soon, with 30+ plenaries. **

I created this resource to be used as a plenary activity. It’s designed to hone in on students understanding of a specific topic; reflecting on our learning, Taking the format of bright ideas and knowledge gained from students.
Students should write what they have learnt, any key words and what they need to practice in the space provided, as explained on the sheet activity.
This resource is bright, colourful and engaging, which should reflect students bright learning and ideas. This resource is great for a classroom display project to show off students bright and knowledgeable learning. For maximum use print in colour and print 2-per-page to save on ink!
Although, its suggested to be a plenary activity it could be also be used as a starter to see what students know about a specific topic or a recap of what they learnt last lesson… The list is endless!
Send us your pics, of your students completing the sheet. We want to know their bright ideas!... @AllRoundRes

I created this resource as a lot of students use fidget spinners, but are distracting in the classroom environment. But with this resource students have the chance to use their fidget spinners in a fun and engaging way, but is also beneficial to you as a teacher because you can assess your students learning! This resource gives you the opportunity to see how well your students have learnt; what they enjoy, what did they struggle with, what do they need to work on more. Thus, allowing you to put extra practice in next lesson.
In total, there are 8 different cards with 7 activities on each, so 56 different plenaries in total. Each card has a set of instructions, explaining to students what they need to do. With a table where they can write in their responses if they wish.
This is a colourful and bright resource, which I bound to grab student’s attention! I would suggest printing these cards of in colour and laminating them to get maximum use off them.
To spin the plenary students can use fidget spinners, or they can use any other type of spinning device, if you prefer.
Let us know what you and your students thought… Tweet us pictures, ratings, how you used them and what your students though of this resource… @AllRoundRes… Use the hashtag… #AllResPlenary

I created this resource to be used as an assessment and understanding tool. It allows students to show their understanding level, while completing tasks etc. in class.
It adopts reassuring comments which would relate to students current level of understanding as to what they are learning or understanding. All students need to do is display the correct box facing the front. Allowing you to help students that may need extra help, support and guidance, without them putting up their hand.
A bright and colourful resource, which I’m sure students will love to use!

I created this resource to be used as a set of plenary activities for a week. One worksheet to assess your students learning for a whole week, without the need for numerous sheets of paper.
It gives students the chance to pick what type of activity they complete after each lesson, letting them take responsibility for their own learning. Activities include; Draw it, write it, web it, question it and list it. Five activities for 5 days of the week. It’s designed in a simple, easy to follow template with plenty of space for students to complete the task that they have chosen. A simple and quick way for you and your students to understand what they have learnt during the lesson.
A bright and colourful resource. If you which to have extra space in the boxes, you could print in A3.

I created this resource to be used as a classroom display poster, to check students learning and understanding during a lesson!
The resource takes the format of ‘I’ve, I’m, I’ statements, i.e. “I’ve got it! I can explain myself or teach someone else.” Which easily allow students to show or explain what learning level they are at in lessons, giving you the opportunity to build up their knowledge and understanding so all students are with a happy face or showing a green card.
This resource uses emoji’s for students to show their facial expression in relation to how they are feeling about their understanding!
For maximum use, print in colour and A3, if possible. Display in a noticeable and prominent position in your classroom, for you and your students to refer to check understanding rating.

I created this resource to be used as a plenary activity. It consists of three different exit tickets, all of which are designed to test students’ knowledge and understanding of what they have learnt during the lesson.
Three different tickets, with different types of activities. Allows students to pick a ticket, letting them have the responsibility to summarise their learning. Each ticket gives students’ the chance to rate their learning within the lesson and record the date and learning objective.
A bright and colourful resource to gain the attention of any student! For maximum use print in colour and cut each ticket individually.

I created this resource to be used as a plenary activity for a whole week! This resource is designed to test students’ knowledge and understanding of what they have learnt during the lesson, over a week-long period.
It allows students to reflect on their learning and summarise what they have learnt, in just 140 characters… perfect for summaries to revise from! Students should also create a # to summarise the lesson learning and concept in just ONE word. For maximum use, print in colour and hand to students on Monday to be prepared for the rest of the week.
A bright and colourful resource to gain the attention of any student! It could also be used as part of a Twitter in the classroom display (Coming Soon!).

I created this resource to be used as a starter activity or lesson task, to get students thinking and simulating their brain for the lesson and learning. It is designed to get students thinking about a specific picture/image/text etc. that relates to the lesson or topic.
This specific design lets students think about the 5W’s; who, what, where, when and why of the image. Simply, delete the question marks from the box and add your picture, ready for student to analyse.

I created this resource to be used a display in classrooms to show and explain what a PEEL paragraph is. It is designed to help students understand what a PEEL paragraph is and how they can use it in their writing, across all subjects and levels.
The resource itself is split into 4 different posters/displays/worksheets. The first is a guide to show what each letter of PEEL stands for and how you form a paragraph using the acronym. It also gives simple image to illustrate the main point of the letter. The second includes a range of sentence starters for each of the letters, giving students a starting point form and write a PEEL paragraph. The third gets students to think about what they need to do when forming a peel paragraph. Giving simple questions, that students should think about and try to find out before writing the paragraph. The fourth is writing frame template to help student form and write the perfect PEEL paragraph.
Also, included is a variety of different planning sheets, to help students prepare and plan what they are going to write in their paragraph. All 5 planning pages coincide with colour codes of PEEL for each letter, perfect to help students get their learning and understanding together to form the perfect paragraph!
All slides are colour coded, in conjunction with PEEL, so each letter has its own colour. You could print them in A3 size to display around your classroom, so if students get stuck they can refer to them. Or, you could print onto one sheet and hand to students to put in their diary or stick in their books for future reference. The template page you could print a few up and pin them to a board so student can take one to help them when needed. I would suggest printing them in colour, to get maximum use of the individual colour coded letters.

This is FREE resource and is a pair of reflection logs, designed to be used daily and weekly. The daily option fosters Driscoll’s model of reflection being ‘What, So What and Now What?’ and the weekly template focuses on Gibbs’ Reflective Learning Cycle.
These can be used as part of coursework reflections, teacher training reflections, learning reflections and lots more! Your options are endless. The templates can also be directly typed into or printed out as a worksheet/written task. They are also fully editable so can adapted to best fit your needs!

This resource is designed to be used in form time as a weekly/day-to-day reflection of self-esteem and gratitude. There are Mon-Fri with daily reflections such as… ‘Something I did well today, Today i accomplished, Today I am thankful for, I felt proud today because…’ and many more! The journal ends with a week in reflection section. This is the perfect activity for form tutor time or when you need some mindfulness/reflection time with students. The resource is also completely editable.

This resource is designed to support peer feedback in the classroom. The idea behind it is, you would write/display on the board the key things students should be looking for when taking part in peer feedback, such as key terms, structure, evaluative language, specific examples and quotes and lots more depending on your learning focus! You would then expect students to write these in the ‘What am I looking for?’ column and then as they read their peers work they would write the exact things (i.e. the exact key word, example, structure used etc) in the ‘What have I found column?’.
This resource is great to enhance engagement and active learning in the classroom as students need to read their peers work in order to engage and complete the activity to provide specific examples rather than writing a generic comment in which they might not physically read the work. This also great for extended writing questions at GCSE/A Level etc.
If you have any queries, questions or concerns, then please email allroundresources@gmail.com or sendisaunders@gmail.com or alternatively write a comment describing your needs, where I will be happy to help!
